Discontinuing weekly updates for now

I’ve been doing the same format of weekly updates for quite a while, and I feel now that it perhaps is best not to continue. I’ve been getting some negative attention from unwanted direction, and as I trade more and more manually (some weeks at least) there is no purpose to keep posting account balances I think.
I’ll keep posting of course, but I’ll try to write more specifically about a select EA or strategy and analyze its performance over time. Like this post about Forex Shocker.

I’ve been meaning to ask this since this post went up - what sort of negative attention have you been receiving regarding your posts? I thought that they have been really useful so far in getting true live forward performance information on your robots and account and how you react to the market changes etc.
I’m still working on the Spread Analysis. I’ve been a bit slow in writing a custom analyses program to churn through my raw data that I captured and I’ll send it to you once all sorted.
My nano account is still going ok. Building capital very slowly - but on the up at least. 0.7% increase per day. I think the largest negative swing I found myself in from Blessing was -£60, which is quite large, but then when I looked at the settings I found that it had something like the full 11 trades open with a total of 1.6 Lots being traded. Luckily market on USDCHF corrected itself and got out for small profit. I’ve since changed the number of trades it opens. One feature that I do like about Blessing is the “Stop” property. Such a simple one that allows you to set it to true, and it will aim to close all open trades for minimal profit or break even. Anyway..enough of my rantings…
OMG, I am seriously late with this reply. I’ve been taking some time of from trading (and associated things like the blog).
I don’t want to go into details, but some people can be very jealous sometimes, and it kind of ruined the fun. I had some great weeks and it really brought out the worst of some people. Enough said
On a side note I’m not doing very well right now. The EURCHF is destroying my accounts. Hope your nano account is still doing good with Blessing. I’ve been testing a martingale EA from Forex-goldmine (called PipsStrider) that seems rather nicely put together. But like with all martingale’s I’m very skeptic.
